Inspired by Ashtanga & Vinyasa, this practice supports elevation of personal vitality & physical ability to create accelerated results in your overall body strength and confidence. Power is a potent physical and meditation practice to activate self inquiry & transformation through longer holds of asanas and mindful movement. This class is more personalized by teachers, for they will design their own sequence of postures. Suitable for all levels.
